Join the 387Pantry and Kjeld Petersen of Edible Memphis next Monday (October 19th) for an evening devoted to artisan cheese! Chef, Edible Memphis Contributing Editor and artisan cheese-enthusiast Kjeld Petersen will be in the shop exploring the flavor profiles of a selection of Southern made cheeses. We will talk mold, flavor profiles, aging processes and so forth. Learn how to store, cut and serve cheese properly using these same cheeses and accompaniments from 387Pantry to make a cheese plate for gatherings too.
Attendees will enjoy, in addition to the tasting, pre-event wine service and $10 off all cheese purchases on the day of the event. Seating is very limited and tickets are $20.
