Imagine you are preparing lunch for 40 people. Ten of them have diabetes. Many limit their salt intake. A few have difficulty chewing or holding utensils. All of your guests are between the ages of 53 and 98, and many have memory loss. What will you serve? Beef ravioli with marinara, creamed spinach, and garlic bread knots? Jambalaya with turkey sausage, rice, okra with stewed tomatoes, and cornbread? How about both? Surprised? The folks at Page Robbins Adult Day Center aren’t. This is precisely the type of food that Chef Della McKay whips up any given day at Page Robbins, an adult day care center located in Collierville. The menus here are carefully planned around specific dietary needs, but just as important, they are designed for maximum delicious impact.

Lunches at Page Robbins are less of a cafeteria affair and more of a dinner party: A party with encores every weekday.
